Kiy Hester hauled in a 18-yard touchdown
pass from Zach Bednarczyk and then brought an interception back 97 yards
for a score as DePaul knocked off Don Bosco Prep, 35-25. Hester also caught an 18-yard scoring strike fron Bednarzcyk for DePaul. Kwadir Brown brought another interception
back 65 yards for a score and Stephen Speidel had a 67-yard touchdown
run for DePaul.
Don Bosco led, 7-0, after the first quarter, thanks to Frank Nutile's 51-yard scoring pass to Dan Yankovich, and took a 10-7 lead into halftime. But DePaul scored 21 points in the third, and 28 straight, to take control.
Nick Crusco hit Conor Cassidy and Alex Kaplanovich for touchdowns in the fourth quarter, as well as Tom Sweeney for a 2-point conversion pass, to pull Don Bosco to within the final score.
