Tyler Blumenstyk's two-run single in the
top of the seventh capped off a five-run rally by Wayne Valley (9-5), which
went on to defeat Passaic Valley, 6-3, in Little Falls. Wayne Valley
trailed 3-1 going into the top of the sixth until Jake Andersen hit a
two run single to tie the game up at three. Joe Trabucco's RBI groundout
made the score 4-3. Mike Elia earned the victory going six innings allowing one earned run on five hits while striking out five.Chris Vogt pitched well for Passaic Valley going six innings allowing two earned on seven hits while striking out two.
