With 1:36 remaining, Garfield enjoyed a 48-38 advantage. That was when Hills swingman Gezim Usini shot Wayne Hills back into it. Usini hit three three pointers in 49 seconds to cut the margin to 50-47 with 32 seconds to go. Garfield was able to fend off the Wayne’s comeback bid by canning key foul shots down the stretch.Usini finished with 16 points for Hills. Preston Quinn chipped in with 13 points. Garfield was led by 1,000 point scored Josh LeClerc, who netted 22 points.
