Chris Olsen still can’t quite believe what he saw nine months ago. Each of the seven state football championships his teams have won was memorable, but Troy Zaffino’s game-winning, 87-yard kickoff return against Old Tappan was beyond special. Zaffino, who took a pitch from an almost-tackled Brian Dowling, scored with five seconds to play to give Wayne Hills a come-from-behind, 24-21 win in the North 1, Group 3 final at New Meadowlands Stadium, recently renamed MetLife Stadium.
