Nick Siljee eclipsed the 1,000 career point mark with a 21 point effort. The senior also had 11 rebounds. Jason Rosenberg hit for 19 points and fired off 7 assists for Wayne Valley (2-0). John Larranaga added 8 points. Kurbin Kukaj had 6 boards.
"Siljee's our go-to guy," Rosenberg said. "We've got to get him the ball and let him create and let him do what he's got to do to score. But teams are going to start double and triple teaming him. That leaves me and the other guys open. It spreads everything out."
