Mike D'Amato's teammates finally gave the Wayne Valley senior left-hander the type of run support Wednesday he has long sought. D'Amato often joked with teammates about them scoring
so few runs during his starts, but they scored two apiece in the third
and fourth innings and added three more in sixth during Wayne Valley's 7-1 win against Lakeland.
