The district should allow him to work as the coach and teacher this coming season with the option of becoming the AD only the following season.
ReplyDeleteMake an interim AD for one year so that he can coach his son as a senior. This will cost him some money but it is a viable alternative.
After the coming football season, Chris will have to make a choice.
