Wayne Hills went into lockdown mode. TV crews from several New York stations were chased off school property last Friday morning. The News 12 crew that did arrive was greeted rudely by what they recognized as “members of the coaching staff”. Fans on campus later pelted our News 12 van with eggs and rocks (apparently taking a cue from the yo-yo’s at Penn State earlier in the week).
