Boys Soccer: Section I, Group III: Wayne Valley 1, Wayne Hills 0
Robert Palmarozza scored and senior keeper Chris Riviello stopped six shots for Wayne Valley (No. 4) in the first round of the North Jersey, Section 1, Group 3 tournament at Wayne Valley High. Wayne Valley had lost twice to Wayne Hills this season. Palmarozza, a senior defender, converted a pass from Robert Tedesco for the only goal for Wayne Valley (13-5-1), which had 10 shots. Wayne Hills (No. 13) is 6-9.
