Senior tailback Brian Dowling rushed only six times, but gained 108 yards and had three touchdowns and returned a punt for another score as Wayne Hills (7-0) won easily. Dowling has 21 touchdowns on the season. Against Tech, Dowling had a 51-yard punt return and runs of 21 and 31 yards for touchdowns in the first period when Wayne Hills enjoyed a 36-0 lead. The other first quarter scores came when Troy Zaffino returned an interception 34 yards for a TD and Pete Daibes caught a 1-yard scoring pass from Kevin Olsen for a touchdown in the first period. Dowling added a 34-yard run and Justin Beveridge chipped in with a 15-yard burst in the second quarter. Christian Rodriguez added a 14-yard scoring run in the fourth for Wayne Hills. Linebackers Jim Hogan and Dom Santoro each had eight tackles for Wayne Hills.
