Wymere Robinson led the way for DePaul (4-2) with 115 rushing yards. Davon Jacobs carried just seven times, but still ran for 107 yards.
Jacobs got DePaul moving with touchdown rushes of 34 and 36 yards and Matt Jachera added the kick after each score.
Passaic Valley made it 14-6 following a 3-yard TD burst by quarterback Anthony Martinez, but Massimo Aronson caught a 9-yard scoring pass from Dan Kowal as DePaul expanded its lead to 20-6 at the half. Robinson ran for a 3-yard score in the third quarter and Joe Moreno gave DePaul a 34-6 advantage with a 14-yard TD rush at the start of the fourth. Martinez completed the scoring with a 55-yard rush for Passaic Valley.
