Nationally ranked Paterson Catholic steamrolled DePaul (17-5). Kyle Anderson was a dominant force, pouring in 43 points for the winners. Myles Mack was next with 23 points. DePaul got 13 points from Matt Miller. Davon Jacobs and Wally Sajimi had 8 and 6 points respectively.
"To put it bluntly, they are just that much bigger and much more talented than every other team in Passaic County," said DePaul coach Bart Fazio. "We are a pretty good team, but Paterson Catholic is just on a different level right now and I have a tough time seeing anyone who can stop them."
