Former Wayne Valley boys basketball head coach (1974 - 1987) and Wayne Hills boys basketball head caoch (1991-1996) Jay Cody helped lead Bolles High School to a 46-39 win over Melbourne Holy Trinity Episcopal in the Florida Class 4A state championship. The legendary Cody led Wayne Valley to a State Sectional Title in 1985 ad Wayne Hills to a State Sectional Title in 1995.
