When the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association convenes its annual membership meeting in Edison this morning, it likely will be holding a virtual statewide referendum on the condition of public/non-public relations in New Jersey. Key agenda items: Separate non-public programs statewide, the close of the "bona fide change of address" loophole that many believe has been used to bolster otherwise improper transfers, and moving up the start dates.
