DePaul grabbed a 7-0 lead in the first quarter on Zach Bednarczyk's
29-yard pass to Justin Nelson.
Jabril Peppers caught an 8-yard touchdown from Steven Shanley to tie the game at 7. With the game tied at halftime, Kenyon Washington accounted for three
straight touchdowns, racing 18 yards with a fumble and running for a
1-yard score in the third quarter and hauling in a 35-yard strike from
Shanley in the fourth quarter to stake Paramus Catholic to a 28-7
lead. Peppers gave Paramus Catholic a 35-7 edge in the
fourth quarter with a 32-yard interception return.
Kareem Walker scored on a 74-yard run in
the fourth quarter and Bednarczyk threw a 12-yard pass to Hasise Duboise
in the fourth quarter for DePaul.
