It was déjà vu all over again. Wayne Hills and Wayne Valley, the semifinals of the Passaic County girls lacrosse tournament, going into overtime. Last year Valley beat Hills.
Jackie Cohen was on the field for that disappointment.
The senior did not want to see a repeat of that, so as she stood at the
free position spot in sudden death, she knew she had the game in her
hands.
