Boys Basketball - Wayne Valley defeats West Morris in finals of JP Flynn Tournament, 66-47

Nick Goodwin scored 23 points and had 20 rebounds with four assists to help Wayne Valley earn a 66-47 victory over West Morris in the J.P. Flynn Memorial Tournament at Mendham.

Goodwin earned tournament MVP honors. After taking a slim 44-41 lead into the fourth quarter, Wayne Valley outscored West Morris 22-6 in the fourth behind nine points from Goodwin. Nick Giuliano and Alex Kokos each contributed 15 points, while Charlie Pollack added six points for Wayne Valley, which has won the tournament two of the last three seasons.
